These terms apply to Paperchime, a shop for digital learning resources operated by PinPoint Ventures.

What you are buying

Books are downloadable PDFs, with the contents, page counts and preview shown before purchase. They are supplementary practice alongside school learning. We do not promise a complete syllabus, examination results or a particular learning outcome. Paperchime is independent of NCERT and CBSE.

Adults place orders

You must be an adult to buy, submit feedback or use a voucher. Use your own contact information. Check the preview, total price and printing licence before actively agreeing to checkout. No physical product is shipped.

Prices, offers and payments

Listed prices are in Indian rupees. Checkout shows the listed price, any eligible discount, gift credit and the final UPI amount. That final amount is the total payable; we do not add a delivery or platform fee. Coupons replace the welcome discount. The offer and voucher terms explain eligibility and credit.

We manually match UPI payments with account credits. A submitted transaction reference alone does not confirm payment. Existing private orders keep their saved total. Price or policy changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a completed purchase.

Delivery and problems

Save the private order link. Files or gift codes appear there after confirmation, normally within two working days. Automatic order emails are not sent. See delivery and refunds. Do not share your order link publicly.

Feedback and responsible use

Submit only material you can share. Feedback is private unless you separately authorise publication with a display name. We check reviews before publication; you can ask to withdraw yours. Practical activities need appropriate adult supervision. Report errors with the book title and page. Do not interfere with the site or access another person’s order.

Law and your rights

Indian law applies. These terms preserve statutory consumer and data-protection rights and do not prevent access to an appropriate consumer authority or court. Our privacy notice explains information handling.

Complaints and privacy requests

Grievance contact: Varna, owner of PinPoint Ventures. Write to care@pinpointventures.in with the subject “Paperchime complaint”, or call +91 98717 77110. The postal address is above. Include your order reference and a short description; leave out children’s details, passwords, PINs and OTPs.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. We will explain the outcome or any further information needed. You may also use the National Consumer Helpline; this does not restrict your legal remedies.
