The first-purchase offer

The checkout automatically applies 10% off eligible books when the adult email has no previous confirmed purchase or used welcome offer. Amounts are rounded to the nearest paise. One welcome offer per adult email and household; it cannot be claimed repeatedly with different emails. An unpaid order reserves the offer. Cancel that unpaid order before choosing another purchase.

A coupon replaces the welcome discount; the discounts do not stack. Check the total before creating the order. Your saved order fixes the amount payable. The introductory offer may end for future orders; existing order totals stay intact.

Coupon codes

Enter a code at checkout. Its percentage, expiry, minimum purchase, eligibility and use limit are checked by the server. Invalid or exhausted codes are explained before an order is saved. Coupons apply to books, not voucher purchases.

How gift credit works

• After payment confirmation, the purchaser copies the private code from their saved order page and shares it with the recipient.
• The recipient enters the code when buying Paperchime’s own books. Credit pays the total after an eligible discount; any excess stays on the same voucher.
• One voucher can be applied per order. There is no expiry and no reload. Credit cannot buy another voucher or pay another merchant, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Anyone with the code can use its balance. Keep it private and contact us promptly if it is lost or exposed.
• If credit covers the full purchase, the download is available immediately. Otherwise, pay only the remaining UPI amount and await confirmation.

The purchased books use the recipient household’s printing licence. Delivery, cancellation and refunds preserve applicable consumer rights.
